Can I mail a Gift Certificate to another person or does it have to come to me?
To ship to another person please add their name, address, and phone number in the special instructions box on the paypal website. Gift Certificate orders under $250 can be shipped to any United States address, otherwise give us a call at 641-423-5075.

How long will it take to get my Gift Certificate?
We rely on the USPO.  We will send your Card out within two days of the order. You may request overnight delivery at your expense, but you must call 641-423-5075.

Can I print a Gift Certificate for immediate use?
No, we only use physical gift cards.

Can Gift Certificates be purchased over the phone?
Sure, give us a call. Be sure to have a credit card ready. Cards may also be purchased via our website or at our restaurant.

Do Gift Certificates ever expire or decline in value?
Northwestern Steakhouse Gift Cards never expire and they do not decrease in value. What a great gift!

Can I reload or add to an existing Gift Certificate?
Northwestern Steakhouse gift cards can not be revalued.

What should I do if I lose my Gift Certificate?
Always protect your gift card as if it were cash. In the event that you do lose your card, please call 641-423-5075.

I live outside the United States. Can I order a Gift Certificate online?
Please contact info@northwesternsteakhouse.com. We have a customer order form that can be completed for your purchase. Please note that gift cards purchased in either the U.S. or Canada are accepted across these two borders – cross acceptance/cross-currency redemption is only possible between the U.S. and Canada at this time.
